Reviews from players give readers a realistic sense of a game. So that they stay honest and helpful, each submission is measured against the standards below ahead of publication.
What we accept
- First-hand play. Write only about what you have personally experienced while playing.
- Left out: false claims, appeals to organise group action, promotion of any kind, web addresses or links, private details of any person, and threats.
- Civil language. Rude, vulgar or abusive wording will not be published.
- Length. At least 50 characters are needed, counting spaces.
- Email address. It is required when you submit, but it is never displayed.
- Editing afterwards. Write to our support address from the email you used originally. Your old review will be deleted, after which you are free to post a new one.

Moderation
A moderator reads every review before it can appear. Approved reviews go live within 48 hours of being sent. Anything that breaks these standards may be refused or taken down.
Checking authenticity
Our goal is that each published review comes from someone who really played, which is why a dedicated verification system screens all of them.
- Automated screening. Every review is assessed by looking at its wording, the IP address, device characteristics, geographic data and patterns that look suspicious.
- Continued oversight. Reviews are still watched once they are live.
- Takedown. When a review looks very likely to be fake, it is taken off the Site and its author is informed by email.
Think we got it wrong?
You may send evidence that you played. Examples that work:
- a screenshot from the game that shows your name or email;
- a message from a casino confirming your activity;
- a screenshot of the game history inside your casino account, where your name or email appears alongside Sweet Bonanza.
